Procedures To Register As A Sub Agent Of Omega Travel Ltd
The first step is to register with us online. Please click on "Registration Now " and complete our application
form and thereafter click on the submit button.
Once your application is received, a standard email is sent your company together with a sub agency agreement
in the attachment box. All our terms and conditions are confirmed in this agreement which the owner or Director
of your company must sign and return to us before we can confirm you as a sub agent of Omega Travel.

Payments
No credit terms available.
All payments must be cleared before ticket issue
Payments by credit cards will incurr a surchage of 2%
No surcharges will be applied if payment is made by either a debit or a switch card.
We do not accept payments by American Express & Diners Club.
Amendment Charges & Cancellation Fees
Omega Travel chargea an additional £20 on top of any airlines charges
relating to both reservation amendments and ticket cancellation charges.
Refunds
All refunds can take beween 6-8 weeks to process.
GDS Warning Reservation Abuse
Omega Travel will not tolerate any reservation abuse by hacking seats from married flight segments particulary in Worldspan. If any sub agent commits such a crime, Omega Travel has the right to cancel the PNR prior to ticketing.
If passgengers are stopped at the check-in desk prior to flight departure because of finding reservation infringements, the airline has the right to demand extra monies from your passengers being the full published fare. Refusal to pay will result in passengers being refused boarding the aircraft.
For Pnrs that have already been ticketed, your agency will be offered the option of having the PNR cancelled and making immediate payment to Omega Travel relating to the ticket cancellation charges, or by paying the price difference between the net fare paid and the full published fare and having the tickets re-issued.
For any ADMS that Omega Travel receives from the airlines for past flight departures, you must pay Omega Travel the full value of the ADM. Refusal to co-operate will result in legal action being taken against your agency.
